I think Boots "will be" (and I've said this numerous times). But until he's dethroned or moves up Spence is

 

Crawford for me, with Spence 2nd and then there's a drop off, they are both levels above anyone else at 147.

 

Whoever voted Vergil needs to remove themselves.
