    I'd favor Spence over Thurman and think he's the division's best, so I'd go with him.

    If the question had been "Who's the #1 welterweight right now?", the answer would have been Thurman imo.

    Easily Errol Spence. Only Crawford has a serious shot against him. Crawford's a welterweight now so he has to be an option. I'll rate Crawford higher p4p for now, but we have to see how he handles a big, strong yet skilled welter before we can confidently say he can best Spence.

    As Robney said, Thurman should be considered not the best but the 'top' ww. Pac losing to Horn pretty much defaulted the laurels to Thurman.
