    Bowe definitely. Willard was better conditioned and had comparable power and durability, but Bowe was far better from technical standpoint.

    I find Bowe massively overrated though.

    Bowe is greater, better and would beat the **** outta Willard. Stoppage in 1 type thing.

    Bowe was much better technically whereas Willard was better from a physical standpoint. Bowe couldn't move like Willard, couldn't hit like him, wasn't anywhere near as mentally tough and didn't have the same chin. It's really only because we have complete high quality footage of Bowe's fights that I choose him.

    He wasn't. His main advantage is conditioning, some may also argue about strength, punching power and durability.
