Not talking about resumes here, although it’s obviously relevant who they’ve tested their skills against.

Pacquaio and its not close. Inoue will never ever reach Pacs level. Your a clown for asking this.

Pacquiao's my favorite all time fighter.

But Inoue's a better fighter — ring IQ, defense, timing, footwork, delivery system. Inoue as a natural welterweight KOs Pac, Floyd, Mosley, Oscar, Crawford, Spence, etc..

Pac's far more athletic and ferocious and Inoue will never be able to match his achievements.

Pacquiao vs Buttler Trilogy for undisputed would have been epic! How about winning the super
series against Donyell McDonell.Inoue is a way better fighter of all time.

Pac got by on insane athletic ability, ferociousness, heart, will, and determination. Pac was a freak show.

Inoue is the superior boxer in terms of pure skill.

Pacquiao was never really a natural welterweight.

I think Inoue is clearly more skilled. If Inoue fought Pac at any division Inoue has fought in, he would be a huge favorite. But Pacquaio did something nobody else has done, and his career is way more impressive than Inoue's so far. H2H prime Pac beats Inoue, but Inoue is 5'4.5 and Pac is 5'6.5, so it's not like it's a 100% fair question.

Pac had the opportunity to fight some great competition, Naoya has not. Pac got extremely valuable experience fighting his top competition, and just the Barrera and Morales fights alone probably taught him more about fighting than Naoya knows in total.

It's really not fair to Inoue (and just about all the top guys out there now), to compare them with fighters of the past, even as recently as the Morales/Barrera era. Boxing & boxers have changed dramatically in a very short period of time.

It's a real shame too, because Naoya seems to me to have something special going on, an intangible 'it' factor that reminds me of the ATGs, something that doesn't come along very often.

Seeing how greatness and, therefore resume and career achievments, is the closest thing to an objective mesuerment of a fighters ability I'd say Pac and its not close.

If he can do what Pac did then I will consider him but Pac in his prime was the real monster man.
