khan's defence is still susbect, but he can still rely on natural reactions and natural speed to get him self out of trouble. Haye has proven that he can box to a plan and knock guys out and not just overwhelm them with slaps, like khan. Haye is the far better technichian and his speed at heavyweight is more noticable than khan's at light welter. Haye will go down in british boxing history with lennox lewis, joe calzaghe and naz. khan will go down with the second tier with eubank, herrol graham and kirkland laing as the decent boxers that could challenge but not win
Khan is more textbook but Haye is technically better. As for the all round 'better' it's Haye easily.
Who has Khan fought? He got exposed by a nobody, at least Carl Thompson was established and experienced
I would have to go with Khan as Haye is predominantly a brawler. The Valuev fight was the first time he actually tried boxing. Early days for both of them but I do think Haye has the potential to box beautifully.
Khan actually has very good punch variety, however, Roach has stopped him from throwing anything bar jabs and straight rights due to his chin.
i really dont know ....but lets just still blind envious HATE on both of these boxers as we normally do on these boards! :hey
Haye...power puncher, underrated counter puncher, fast feet, fast hands..... Khan only throws punches in bunches, that's it folks.....
Haye is, he is one of the most accurate boxers in the game, he has good feet, he throws to the body and head and when he wants he has an excellent jab. Khan has excellent handspeed, but his defence is awful.... getting better because he seems to get out after throwing combos now whereas he used to just throw flurries and stand there with his guard up and his guard isn't that great. Haye wins as he has all round skill, Khan is getting better though and has shown better movement.
