Who is the better counterpuncher (Holyfield or Louis)

    They are both excellent in this area, but who do you consider better.

    My first instinct was to say Louis, but perhaps his power magnified what he was doing a bit.

    Holyfield showed himself to be a superb counter puncher on many occasions.
