the biggest group are his countrymen or those of descent who root solely for that purpose.

nah, alot of his countrymen root for him because of his skills/talent, not just cause he's their countryman.

Star. Floyd has been on center stage for years now. Pac is just the new thing. Pac is just hot right now. After Floyd beats da **** outta him, he'll fade into the background. And the boxing world will hype up some new guy to take Floyds' place.

May 7 should provide an answer to this question.

1.4MM is the benchmark. Let's see how Pac-Mosley does.

lol doesn't work like that. Mosley has fallen off bigtime and is like an 8/1 dog. And Showtime PPV has potential with CBS but is an unknown. Pac vs Margo outsold Pac vs Marquez, that's a pretty decent benchmark right there. Both mexicans, odds about the same, similar promotions.

Floyd is lucky if he gets even 20% of Pac's fame outside S-,N-America and GB/Ireland.

Didn't you try to say that this Mosley is the same one that Mayweather fought? So, Mosley is **** when it helps your argument in one thread and great when it helps you in another? :huh

Your spin to try to show that Pacquiao is a bigger star is laugh worthy. With common opponents, it's a landslide in Mayweather's favor yet you try to spin different Mexican opponents under different circumstances as a better comparison? Seriously?

Hey Philla - Since you believe the Mexican-Mexican comparison is the most relevant, shouldn't you consider Pac-Clottey vs Mayweather-Mosley? The fights were only 6 weeks apart and both opponents were black.

Philla always got some lame excuse when it comes to Pac.
