I think coward is too strong a word as all boxers are very brave . Duck is better word and I picked FMJ.

    .

Manny Pacquiao's name should be on the Option list because Pac has avoided:

    1.) Humberto Soto
    2.) Edwin Valero
    3.) Joan Guzman
    4.) and many others

Pac has also had FIXED FIGHTS as well, just like Floyd has had FIXED FIGHTS too.

    .

    Shane Mosley too.

Mosley has cheated most of his career by using EPO Hormones, Steroids, HGH, TRT, Clear Cream and other PEDs to get by on fights.

There's a difference between being a coward and a company man. The likes of Garcia, Wilder, and Quillin are just company men. I've seen the contract and they have very little control over who they fight.

Stevenson is a different story. He went a divergent route knowing it would be more difficult to make the top fight in the division. However, I consider Stevenson and Mayweather "cowards" more for their behavior towards women than any boxing transgressions.

You're talking to 95% idiots and 5% intelligent people here. You can't expect them all to put things in context.
