In guessing the tweet was by boxing kingdom they always troll by putting Khan in polls and silly questions like who has the best chin.
They were the only choices and the twiter account that posted the poll said they had to add Khan because there would have been uproar from their British followers as Khan has hundreds of millions of viewers when he fights in Pakistan and Britain! Don`t ask?
Canelo is the biggest con artist for sure To me GGG is Middleweight king till someone legitimately beats him or he retires. Canelo never came close That was blatant corruption
I probably would have agreed with you if this thread came along 4 or 5 days ago. But as it happens I had a conversation with a woman who immigrated from Pakistan last Wednesday. Just like I would ask someone from Ghana if they knew who Azumah Nelson was, I asked if she'd heard of Amir Khan. She set me straight. Apparently Amir Khan is a gigantic in Pakistan, and very famous throughout the entire Indian subcontinent (only like 1.8 billion people). He's also an icon through the Muslim world and in the UK he's no only famous for boxing, but for being a reality tv star and for the fact that his famously tumultuous marriage has been tabloid fodder for years and years. He's also well known to fans in the USA, having fought on HBO a bunch of times. I agree Canelo & AJ are bigger, but when you actually think about it, Khan fits in a similar category.
Mark, please can you stop making threads about random polls from the Boxing Kingdom twitter page. It’s completely pointless and not worth discussing.
Lol at that twitter poll. I mean why is Khan on there, sure he is well known in the UK and yes surely has a huge following in Pakistan and is known in the US to some degree by hardcore boxing fans but being well known isn't the same as being a star, Golovkin I'd say is a bigger star in the US and surely has a big following in his home country, why isn't he on the poll. In reality this twitter poll is meaningless like most things on social media. Obviously Canelo and AJ right now are the biggest names in boxing, Canelo being bigger in the US which is a larger market likely gives him the edge. Joshua seems to be a bigger brand name with more high profile endorsement deals which might expose him to a wider global market where Canelo isn't known, I've seen ads with him in Asia but Canelo simply draws more right now so he's the bigger star.
