Yeah, Monzon would be daddy cool in there..I think, oddly enough, that he and Hagler would have hit it off...with mutual respect.

Somewhere in the mix there would be Duran getting in the face of floyd or some other "pretty boy" that would rub him wrong, or maybe he'd lock horns with Chavez.

I can see Foreman trying to entice the other fighters to buy his grill

And Duran would most likely bring in horses, just to show he can KO them

It might be interesting to see if Don King, Tex Rickard or Doc Kearns emerged with the power out of this board meeting, although i think the sport would be far better off is someone like Larry Foley or Hugh MCintosh gets the power but reality is that it would be one of these three that emerge.

I could see Foreman using his immense size and strength in being a peacemaker if any brawls or confrontations took place...him and Jeffries maybe.

Burt, this isnt really directed at you, because these are common misconceptions about Ali, but..

Ali had fed more mouths on the planet than probably every great champion in the 20th century before him combined. He brought the most attention to the boxing sport world wide, ever.

Do you still consider the Vietnam war just? Don't you see the importance and significance in standing up against that war? Especially when the entire world was calling him crazy for it, but two years later were putting him on the cover of Esquire posing as a crucified Jesus?

Can you imagine every single person you walk by telling you "Hey! Your the greatest!" "Your the king!" and then trying to keep a level head? He was basically being praised like Jesus Christ in Muslim countries. No exaggeration, they crowded around him like he was a real prophet. I think 100% of us would let stuff like that go to our heads. We should be thankful that Ali has stayed grounded after all of this, and has channeled his fame into positivity.

If theres any man on this Earth who can brag and boast, its that guy

And if you met him in person behind closed doors, you would know he is actually much different, and a LOT more humble.

But to answer the question again, I believe that Dempsey would sit with Louis. They would start having a discussion, and slowly but surely the crowd would start to gather around then. I can also predict a LOT of fight challenges would take place!

It is also real interesting to hear Fitzsimmons say that about Jackson

 Thats exactly how i'm picturing it. Just nods and grunts for conversation. A few 'tssks' at the loudmouths in the background, then the slightest smile you've ever seen in agreement with the tsssk, then straight back to the serial killer faces. Maybe if theyre drunk enough at the end of the night they may knuckle touch in respect, i cant see a handshake happening though. Who would nominate himself the lesser sociopath by initiating a handshake? They'd both understand and quickly put an end to the dilemma and just leave, before it became any more homoerotic with smiling and stuff.

I reckon a young Tyson would almost bounce around the room, in a state of euphoria, as he praised the other Greats as heroes & begged them to tell him stories of their legendary careers.

I have never heard any other fighter say a bad word about Jackson. Not only did everyone of the time (yes even the alleged racist whites) all rave about what a good bloke he was, but there seems to have been no doubt amongst his contemporaries (or most of them) that he was in fact the best fighter in the world. In fact, i have seen it written by Larry Foley, that John L Sullivan admitted to him that he was too far gone and would lose to Jackson if he fought him. Also dont forget that someone like Jack Johnson idolised him, making a specific trip to Brisbane to visit his grave, after he won the world title. I wouldnt be surprised at all, if Peter Jackson became the daddy of boxing in such circumstances.
