http://www.muscleprodigy.com/top-25...y-stupid-athletes-dumb-moments-arcl-1922.html Some of the quotes Mike Tyson said are some of the dumbest things I have ever heard. I think Tyson should be #1 on this list for just having some of the craziest antics in the history of sports. Some of the things he said: "I am many things. I am an animal. I am a convicted ******, a hell-raiser, a loving father, a semi-good husband. You don't really know me." "I can sell out Madison Square Garden masturbating." "I'm just a dark guy from a den of iniquity. A dark shadowy figure from the bowels of iniquity" Yes, Tyson was an incredible fighter. But if he couldve used some common sense, he wouldve been the greatest fighter ever. In addition, I would say James Toney attempting to fight in the UFC worthy of making this list. He got his butt kicked in the first minute of the fight and got submitted. Why he thought he could compete with a mixed martial artist in the Octagon is beyond me. What do you guys think?
I wouldnt say tyson is the dumbest boxer because during his reign he was very articulate and always knew what to say. in fact today tyson is a very smart man.
I always thought Tyson was one of the smartest guys in boxing. He was almost too intelligent for logical ways of thinking like defending his title. After awhile you sensed he bored with boxing because he had his mind on other things.
Easily Andrew Golota. 1) He's Polish 2) He doesn't realize other men have genitals. 3) He thought fights ended after round 1.
Hurr durrrrr Golota. Oh wait no, he's actually smarter than 95% of boxers since he's invested his money.
I think Golata is just crazy, and theres a thin line between genius and insanity, though Golata is waaaay closer to the insane side. Tyson ain't dumb, he's just misguided and crazy as well. Louis was pretty dumb from what I've read, he botched his most famous quote which made it even more famous, but I hate saying anything negative about Joe. Too bad I already did.
