Not too sure. Ruslan Chagaev comes to my mind, you should always wrap up before giving it one to dirty whores.
Joe Louis broke his back for America but was walked all over once his career ended. He had a simple upbringing in the South. The dollars were a foreign object to him, so he had no idea on how to manage what he made. This is coming from someone who sees Joe Louis as the most or 2nd most respectable boxer.
I don't know if I'd call James Toney dumb.. just super ghetto... in a Rick Ross combines with kimbo slice but smokes a lot of crack sort of way....
HIS numerous contradictions have made a very strong case for the "Dumbidity hall of Fame" as of late..then again, all those needles probably don't help to get your regular, clear minded train of thoughts.
"I am many things. I am an animal. I am a convicted ******, a hell-raiser, a loving father, a semi-good husband. You don't really know me." I can respect a man who's gonna be straight with himself.... this isnt dumb, but an on the mark observation of himself..... that takes strong awareness and intelligence...... and courage
Mike's very intelligent. He's just has no formal education and he's got all kinds of psychological issues. That Oscar doesn't look too bright to me. They don't really let him make decisions over at GBP, do they?
Yeah Tyson is actually quite intelligent. I'd have to say Joe Louis as well. he was known for being quite slow, especially in his earlier years. It was covered quite well in a JL documentary.

Here's another "is he dumb or just plain nuts?". Tommy Morrison. Probably closer to crazy, but maybe he is both. http://www.kansas.com/2011/02/13/1718652/hiv-failed-career-define-morrison.html
