    What boxer has captured the public's attention beyond all others. When I think about it popularity and real estate seem to have a lot in common; location, location, location. Alvarez in Mexico, probably Joshua in UK, GGG in Kazakhstan & probably USA? But who is globally the most bankable star in boxing?

    Golovkin stayed active until Oscar would not allow him to fight, in order to get the fight with El Pollo Golovkin had to become inactive! Think about it.............
