No it should not enhance Taylors resume seeing as after Calzaghe fought Manfredo it was said before hand by American broadcasters that the winner would fight Taylor, who sadly outpriced himself.

Well if thats your view you best ask Hopkins why he backed out of fighting Joe in 2002 after signing the contract.

For all the garbage being spoke on this thread, at least the poll score is sensible. No further comments required. Well done ESB. :smoke

Its no fault on Calzaghe`s part, Hopkins backed out of fighting him in 2002 after already signing up for his biggest pay day. As for Taylor he was suppose to fight Calzaghe after Joe beat manfredo which was what the American broadcasters had promised (joe only fought manfredo so as to get a chance at Taylor) but Taylor outpriced himself.

Logically looking at skills and styles Calzaghe is superior to Taylor, Taylor beating Hopkins is a case of styles

Calzaghe would bitchlsap Jermain Failure every second of the round. HIs old version would also beat Hopkins. End of. :deal

Lets rememeber that Hopkins doesnt have any wins as good as Eubank and undefeated Kessler on his resume and Calzaghe also has the win over Hopkins

99% of his punches are composed of illegal blows like rabbit punches, punches on break, behind the neck, low blows, etc. Thus, he's a fraud. He even lost to Jermain effin Failure EVEN while cheating.

truth is, calzaghe's volume punching was too much for the old man. bernard did have a better record. but, calzaghe is the far more superior fighter

Yet Hopkins took 12 rounds to beat post-Green/Calzaghe/Tarver Jones :yep

A younger Jones than the one Lebedev KO'd in 10 rounds :yep
