Wonjongkam is #14 on my ATG list, Monaghan didn't make my 20, but is an honorable mention. I can see an argument for Rinty, victories over Paterson and Marino (both of whom he also lost to) are probably better than any of Pongsaklek's. However, Wonkongkam's 22 lineal title wins and 39-0 prime run, edges it for me. Whilst the quality of his opposition means he clearly falls short of the top 10 all time, imo, Tunacao, Naito and Kameda were all at least as good as Ryan, Gill, Weir and Curran, each of whom beat a prime, or close to prime, Monaghan.
