*******s need to stop using the P4P argument when A he got there by Floyd retiring and B P4P wasnt around during the time of his competition.

let's see what happens with the diaz fight... if pac beats diaz, he will only be the asian fighter to hold sanctioned belts in 4 weight classes as well as being a 3-weight lineal champ... that will clearly make him the most accomplished among all asian fighters in boxing history and this includes harada, elorde and pancho villa. that should be more than enough to make him the greatest asian boxer to date.

greatest asian FIGHTER ever is bruce lee... :D

No, that's where you're wrong, because you're looking at accomplishments in a sense of winning belts, not in terms of beating the best opposition. That's where the Mayweather fans are off with their rating of Floyd as well. David Diaz is not what seperates the two.

Pac already beat the best opposition from 112, 122, 126 & 130. I know you'lll gonna bring Mark Johnson again. But who stopped the Johnson train??? When he moved up at Bantam, he was stopped by Rafa. Rafa who can't compete with his Bigger Brother JMM(accdg to Pac-JMM2 HBO countdown) JMM who was beaten by Pac.

Now at 135, Pac meets Diaz. Diaz who beat Sta Cruz. Sta Cruz who really beat Casa. Casa who already Beat Campbell. Campbell who was twiced Koed by Peden. Peden who was Beaten by the Shot MAB. If we based it in who beats who. It's clearly Diaz is the Top Dog at 135.

Check also boxscene. They have an article there saying Pac is the Fighter of this Decade edging Duckers like PBF and Calzaghe.

    - Fighter of the Decade
    - #1 P4P
    - 4 wt Class Champion, going on 5 by Saturday.
    - 3 Future HOF in his Victim's list.
    - Spectacular KOs and FOTY type of fights against Great fighters.
    - Going 5-1-1 against 3 best Mexicans in the last decade in a Great Featherweight era.

If this is not enough to Top Harada. I don't know what is. Learn how to appreciate boy!!!

:rofl Was that a serious comparison?

You are really mind-boggling me right now. Are you this simple?

    And?

First of all, that Fighter of the Decade nonsense you posted was an opinion of someone on an opposing board, and you're really trying to place it in Pacquiao's list of accomplishments? Mayweather had to retire for Pac to take the mantle, and they didn't even have P4P rankings back in Harada's day, otherwise he'd possibly have been at the top after his wins over Harada.

And we've already discussed the rest ad nauseam, and instead of refuting any of my earlier points, you just post the same nonsense again, which I've already answered. Harada fought and beat the better competition, bottom line. He was the more skilled fighter in a deeper era.

When a writer received awards or Nominated to the Hall of Fame. Koizumi is the One and he stated Pac is the One over his compatriot Harada.

The best boxer ever is SRR hands down, there is NO COMPETITITION:nono

Maybe someday we'll see somone top his accomplishments but given todays circumstances its highly improbable.

Pacdbest? i credit Pac, like him, but be a bit rationale. There is no plane of reason that places him at #1 AT:nono

Koizumi is an award-winning HOF author of boxing and he stated this? Good for him, doesn't prove a damn thing really, unless he provided reason in comparison to a guy like Harada, which I doubt he did.

I don't think someone needs awards and HOF honors to have an opinion that counts. As has been said, guys like Atlas and Sugar have boatloads of knowledge, yet their bias and lack of anlytical ability places them with the rest of us, as flawed interpreters. A guy like Raging B(_)LL has seen more than enough of every fighter he comments on, and has a more extensive knowledge than anyone I've ever heard of, and provides excellent analysis and detail for his debates. I'm more impressed by someone like that than I am Teddy Atlas.
