pacD nuthugging pac so much to the extent of ridiculing other posters and making any statements with only boxrec as your reference fails you..to be honest you're not helping pac at all and you're giving him a bad name with you representing him. Respect, i hope you have that.

    None of this is true.

Anyways, the answer is Fighting Harada. PacDBest is a delusional ****** so he can't come to terms with this, but for anyone with a decent knowledge of boxing history, Harada is the best choice.

harada would be #1 and pancho villa close #2... too bad pancho villa's life was cut short... pac might be third as of now but i think he could surpass those two if he keeps winning against top tier fighters..

well i'd give a slight edge to harada.. amazing fighter...

It is not unreasonable to say Pacquiao. What is unreasonable is to dismiss Harada without knowing anything about him or based on boxrec.

Fighting Harada. Great, great fighter and one of the best pressure fighters ever IMO.

So would about 4 other 115 pounders from that period. Galaxy is terribly overrated. Why? Not a clue, but guys like Watanabe, Konadu, Moon, Roman, and Tapia were all better.

About Galaxy. I don't understand why he was ever rated so highly, he was extremely flawed and in ways was 115lb Foreman. His handspeed was awful and he relied almost soley on his power to win him fights. Any fighter who could take his best punches and box a little would give him trouble, that's probably why he never fought a fellow top 115lber.

He loaded up on his shots quite often and at times missed wildy. He's basically a big, strong Super flyweight with a very good punch (like Foreman). I'd take most other great 115lbers over him.

I'm no expert but I agree that Manny doesn't even have a stranglehold on being the greatest Filipino boxer, let alone Asia's best. Not discounting Manny's accomplishments here, but if you ask a Filipino with some knowledge of our boxing history who the best Filipino boxer is and he'll probably name Flash Elorde and Pancho Villa along with Pacquiao.
