Easily these guys for top three, as I see it.

Hopkins should also have been on the poll.

 

OK, again, someone please explain why RJJ rates above Pea for some of you.

its so hard to compare since they were in two totally diff weight classes.

 

It's not very hard to compare at all, this is a P4P poll obviously. I assume everyone bases their rankings off of a mixture of resume/accomplishments, dominance, and in ring performance/skill.

In the last few categories, it's very close. In the first two, accomplishments wise it's also close. But resume? Easily Whitaker. That is mostly considered to be the strongest factor when rating fighters.

I give Whitaker the edge on resume but not by much. Talent wise, Whitaker was GREAT but Jones was supernatural. Just made all his opponents look amaturish.
