PBF does not rank ahead of Pea or RJJ. Only an idiot will say otherwise. Not in any way does he outrank them. Not based on resume, dominance, in ring performance, etc.

Whitaker did the exact same thing, he relied on slickness, craftiness, and boxing skill to do so against A level fighters though, while Roy relied on athleticism to enhance his skills, which were still very good, but against lesser competition.

Chavez never ducked anyone and had fought some damn tough opponents ... his style and popularity is unmatched by anyone no named Ali.

He's the best fighter ... but due to Floyd's unbelieveable run ... I have to give him the edge over Julio.

Yeah, Floyd's "unbelievable run" was better than Chavez's 88 straight victories. Sure thing.:nut

Whitaker fell victim to drugs and out of ring distractions ... he wouldve been undefeated throughout his career but couldn't do it because of lack of focus.

The most talented fighter i've ever seen besides Floyd ...

He also fell victim to underestimating his opponents and lost because of that.

Floyd is a 6-time, 5-weight class champion, all done in a span of 10yrs.

    hmm?

I'm an idiot for ranking him higher ... when those guys careers ended sour and with really bad defeats?

    That doesn't even make sense.

RJJ's run was superior to Mayweather's in nearly every way.

And Whitaker edges him in nearly every category.

Chavez? He is held back by one thing. He never defeated a great fighter.

listen, I think we already had this argument once before awhile ago...
At the end of the day you can pick either and you wont be wrong. Both can be argued to be the best in the last 20 years.

And again, you don't make sense.

One, you don't can't hold Mayweather over other fighters because of sour career endings. Mayweather isn't as old as them. Prime for prime, both accomplished more than Mayweather and beat better fighters.

That 5 weight class champion is taken with a grain of salt in an age of 4 world titles per division. Also considering who he took the titles from, not to mention the fact that he has not been nearly as dominant higher up.

And Whitaker didn't lose because of lack of concentration. This post seems to come from someone who never saw Whitakers "losses".
