As far as i know both Louis(even) and Ali have more loses than the future N1 Greatest.
As far as i know Lewis was brutally KO, also he was KTFO in round 2 by nobody ....
Atleast Klitschko was not prime there. Simply as that, as you will mention Ali loses was not in prime, same goes for Klitschko ....

hang on, we arent talking losses. Who hasn't got losses at some point...virtually no one, even rocky got clobbered as an amater.

My question is NOT that at all -I am asking this -what fighter on the level of a 37 year old retiree neverman instantly wiped out ali, rocky or the rest of the ATGs again and scared them off a rematch? pick any atg you want, mate.
    oh you cant.

You appear to be claiming thus? let me know who is on that level of paucity in their title resumes.

Years dosnt matter. I can make an easy case that they was beaten by nobody at their times, when they was beat.
Its one thing to be beaten by a guy with huge experience, a southpaw who many simply duck, and other thing to be beaten by a guy with 10 matches ....
How many matches Spinks have when beat Ali?
Max Schmeling have 7 loses when he beat Louis ...
Sanders was a dangerous man, and everyone who is not blind can admit that.
You say he was old i say he was well experienced and perfectly prepare for exact that match, while Wlad was not.
And how Wlad was scared when Sanders drop the title, and go fight with Vitali, it was Wlad guilty right?

no this does not equate to retired sanders destroying prime wlad in seconds.
you have picked a near shot guy with early parkinsons losing as he should have, but trying to pretend he wasn't by cherrypicking leon. What is it about this that you do not understand is not the same.

former undisputed world HW champion Schmeling beating near-teenage louis? how does this equate to retired corrie nobody shot2shyte wiping out wlad in seconds? explain to me in detail how it does equate.

Wlad didn't avenge the loss to someone nobody retired shot2shyt, period. that is all.

Sanders knocked Wlad out in less than 2 rounds. Ali was 36 and lost a close decision. Ali at 36 rematched the Gold medalist and won. Wlad never rematched Sanders. He was scared.

    Loshmaster,

you appear to be having difficulty explaining how wlad getting wiped out in seconds and being petrified of rematch by a retired nobody equates to near teen joe Louis getting stopped by former undisputed world hw champ max schmeling, and then destroying max in the rematch.

and trouble equating prime wlad getting wiped out in seconds by a retired nobody to parkinsons ali getting outpointed by gold medallist spinks, and then winning it back in the rematch.

    do you want some help?

I really hope no one is actually considering Wladimir to be the greatest HW ever?

It's not his fault that he's campaigning during one of the weakest form os the HW division in the history of the sport, he can only take on the guys that are in front of him. But none of these guys are great fighters- does he have even 1 HOF'er on his resume?

It would be impossible for him to be viewed in the same light (or superior) to Louis or Ali. The level of competition when those guys fought were exponentially better. There's nothing you can really debate about to put Wladimir in a favorable light compared to those HW stalwarts.

It's hard to gauge how great Wladimir really is, because his best win was either against Sam peter, a game but severely undersized and under-experienced Povetkin, or a blown up CW in David Haye. None of those names scream HOF'ers/ATG to me.
