First name that popped into my head when seeing the thread title was Duran

 

With those short arms, the Rock is a good shout here

 

I was looking for Duran on that list..

 

Armstrong, Duran, Chavez, Frazier, Bowe, Toney were the epitome of great in-fighters.

 

Henry Armstrong easily. For one he routinely dominated opponents who were significantly bigger, taller, longer and stronger than himself, which is quite rare for an inside fighter. His defense, framing and ability to create new angles of attack is impressive to watch. He punished outside fighters with impunity, almost turning their advantage into a weakness. If you tried to jab him your punch would be slipped and you’d eat a brutal left hook or right hand for your trouble.
