Yea, and got outgrappled by Marcelo Garcia, aaah, what flop. Renzo is great but nowhere to be seen in top 10 even in his weight class.

Oh yeah. How did that go?

Renzo could have the best resume. He was fearless and fought anyone, like most of the Gracies really. Although based on achievement I'd say Royce is the best. Of course all of them say it's Rickson. Nobody ****ing knows.:conf

Fedor, simply because fighters now are far superior to the fighters 5 10 or 15 years ago.

Just fantastic man. He comes in right away cracking jokes and taught some sick stuff. He gave a nice option for many areas like a nice guard pass,a beautiful toe hold from half guard that when he say me doing he loved it,even a brutal heel hook countering the guy trying to slide his knee back in from side control so much great stuff. Very approachable guy, nice as hell, funny as hell to.

Jimmie did you finally get to train with Renzo? That's awesome. I got to do a weekend seminar with Renzo once. He was so open with his technique and showed us some really good stuff. It changed a whole aspect of my ground game. Great stuff.

I think this is obvious. What fighter is undefeated and has a resume littered with the names of pretty much all the best heavyweights of the last decade? Yeah...Fedor.

Yeah for sure he has such great technique to share. Im totally loving the footlock he showed us when we are in a persons half guard it just came so flawlessly for me that and my kneebar from halfguard are starting to make that postion dangerous for my opponets on bottom. Its so great cause some of the things I learned are things that I desperatley needed. Like when im on top in side control and the guy slides his knee back in and countering it with the heel hook was so cool because sometimes when making the pass my pass is just got alittle bit of space for a guy to move his hips and get that knee in now ill take his ****ing leg if he tries. He showed us a varation of some sort of the arm lock Frank Mir caught Pete Williams with and I enjoyed that its a nice move to have. I liked alot of the standup grappling stuff to alot of times I wont shoot because im afraid of getting guillotined now I have learned 3 counters one with leads me to his back, one that leads to a takedown and the other if he holds on when I take him down I can execute the Von Flue choke which was nasty. Him telling me how good I was doing things make me giggle like a school girl. Renzos the man im so proud to be just a small tiny piece of Renzos BJJ family.

So what if he got outgrappled by Garcia thats no big deal Garcia is one of the best ever in BJJ hell atleast Renzo didnt get finished thats gotta say something. Renzos won ADCC in 2000 he obviously knows his ground game. He is no top 10 at 185 all time ill admitt I just said hes the best Gracie well atleast IMO has the most impressive resume most of Royces was in the first 2 years of MMA agianst alot of unskilled fighters and Rickson beat basically noboddy. Renzos got Newton,Taktarov,F.Shamrock,Miletich and Maurice Smith on his victims list 5 Champs right there mostly bigger guys.
