That's true. I think we're all in agreement that neither fighter was on the level of the true juggernauts of the sport, Rustico Torrecampo and Medgoen Singsurat.

You can make excuses for Pac being green when he fought them while refusing to acknowledge that Whitaker was 35 years old and a shopworn cokehead by the time he fought Tito? Bit of a double standard I think.

    Whittaker.

Hagler is overrated. His best win is a big welter, lost to a great welter when past it (both were), and beat a great lightweight. Not tested enough.

Hearns was a MW, SMW, LHW, and CW titlist post-Hagler, and the top JMW prior to Hagler. I think that's a bit unfair. Who would be the other WW? I assure you he faced better MW's than Duran if that's who you're referring to.

I made a silly mistake. I meant to say the best he FOUGHT were welters. Fixed it like a minute ago. Hearns was best at welter/jr middle though, no?.

Did I? I could've sworn you were the first to strike when you mentioned Trinidad. Unless you're insinutating that Pacquiao was green when he faced Marquez, which would be a ridiculous notion.

Doesn't really make much of a difference. Hagler cleaned out the MW division and fought all comers from an early age, including the wealth of Philly fighters most high profile guys wanted no part of, such as Watts, Monroe, Hart, and Briscoe (albeit an old version). He beat every man he ever faced in the ring barring Leonard in one of the most controversial decisions of all time.

Yeah I know he faced most people he should have faced. I'm not saying he's not great, but I do believe he's somewhat overrated.

I just repeated your(and hamed's) excuses, knucklehead. Each and every one you have already claimed yourself. Now,are you sure you want an answer to your question? The only indication that hamed was past it is that she lost.she was 27 and hadn't lost going into that fight.Against Barrera, she finally fought an elite that knew how to box and not get caught up in an unnecessary undisciplined slugfest in which hamed excelled in drawing her opponents into.she got her prodigious ears boxed off by an elite that knew how to box and beat her easily. It's that simple.

Greatest southpaw of all time was Mike Tyson.
