Wanted to put Riddick Bowe, Joe Frazier and Mike Tyson in, but there wasn’t any more space.
Who is your H2H GOAT out of those on the poll?

You couldn’t fit Tyson or Frazier in because you made room for the Klitschko’s!? Even Vitali!?

I feel like there’s a lot more guys Frazier and Tyson could lose to due to their styles, for example, I pick prime Holmes to beat prime Foreman, Foreman annihilated Frazier, but I’d pick prime Frazier to beat prime Holmes, but I give Foreman a much better chance of beating Holmes than I’d give Frazier a chance to beat Foreman, that’s what H2H is, who has the best chance of beating the most fighters on their best day.
If a fighter has 51% chance to beat Holyfield, Bowe and Sonny Liston, but a 49% chance to beat Ali, then he’s an overall better fighter H2H than someone who has a 99% chance to beat Ali, but a 1% chance to beat Holyfield, Bowe and Sonny Liston, a weird analogy, but you get the point.

Vitali seems more like the tougher H2H matchup, although Wlad had a much much better resume of wins.

Sonny gets underrated by quite a lot.

Not having Marciano and Tyson but having Evander and Vitali is an insult to the sport. Ali is my pick anyway

He was utterly talentless but it’s the OP’s thread & choices.

Marciano H2H wouldn’t be able to hack it against many of the big men, as for Holyfield over Tyson, Holyfield is better than Tyson himself and would also beat more fighters than Tyson, remember this isn’t a ranking based on accomplishments, I’d have Marciano right up there if it was, this is about who would beat the most fighters head to head.

Two wrong statements in one paragraph. Tyson at his best was better than Holyfield. And Marciano could compete w anyone. Seven pounds lighter than Joe Louis. A man he beat. Is seven pounds the end all b all to competing? He was 11-0 w 11KOs against those 200 + weight is not a requisite to determine a winner.

He wasn’t the best on the eye, he wasn’t fast or explosive, but I believe he had some skill, not as much as Wladimir, but still had skill, great at distance and at setting up the right hand, underrated with counters, he had great stamina, was strong, I’d pick him over Frazier and Tyson because I don’t believe you can walk forward against a man that much bigger who is great at range, can counter and set you up for big punches.
If this was a ranking based on accomplishments, then it’d look completely different.

Marciano would be cutting water weight to make 175lbs in today’s era, there’s absolutely no chance he beats the likes of Joshua being in the 180s.
Holyfield always had the beating of Tyson, it’s styles, Holyfield would’ve beat Tyson in his prime because even if Tyson was bobbing and weaving more and being more aggressive and closing the gap, that’s what Holyfield wanted, because they’d’ve been up close more often, which is where Holyfield was using his superior strength to push him off and get punches in, then smother him again, pushing him back in the clinch, that’s where he was doing his best work.
