    Tua or Vitali.

    Vitali does have the the highest knockout rate of any heavyweight champion in history (92 percent)

    Of course, I have seen Tua just melt guys with his left hook...

    I wouldn't want either of them hitting me.

    That's a really good pick, similar to Edison Miranda. They both just don't get that much credit because their boxing skills aren't that great so they rarely land clean punches, but in terms of one punch power they are both near the top.
