This is obviously pure speculation as we don't really know how hard theey hit and it seems different fighters react differently to different types of power. I think the top three are Cintron, Angulo and Kirkland. Joel Julio is also heavy handed but I think his lack of speed takes away a bit of effectiveness.

I do think that in one punch KO power I probably give Cintron the edge.

I though Julio showed decent speed against Angulo.

Hardest puncher is probably Angulo then Margarito and Cintron. Kirkland looks like a strong puncher, but not sharp puncher. No one has mentioned Deandre Lattimore who hits pretty hard.

He did look better than he normally does in that fight but I still believe his lack of speed takes away from the effectiveness of his punches.

When he tried to punch faster he wasn't throwing with the same authority. It was more like a switch up from punching hard and punching fast. At least that's how I remember it. I'm not sure how to rate Margarito considering all the recent factors and controversy. Margo was more of a swarmer in the WW division I don't think that will change at 154.

Well Margarito was a busy volume puncher, but make no mistake he packs a punch. Ive seen him hurt to many guys with one punch to think otherwise.

He didn't look particularly powerful against Garcia.

that is true he hit Garcia with solid shots and it didnt seem to phase him. How would you rate Garcia's power in the 154 lb division?

"One Punch" power, I'd go w/Angulo.
