Considering the only good fighter he's faced was Margarito his "power" is a big question mark esp at the world class level.
With all due respect cash, the thread title questions the hardest puncher/s in the weight division, not the hardest puncher in the division with the best resume. I do agree with you though:thumbsup
Well even with his very limited resume he's an average puncher at best. Plus "Mean" Joe Greene's gonna whoop that ass.:yep
One punch KO power goes to Angulo! Cintron was a bigger puncher at 147! Kirkland would be second at 154...
Tyrone brunson?? ... That joke that got beat by carson jones?? The same carson jones that roberto Garcia beat!! Angulo hits the hardest and its not even close! Were talking 1 punch KO power! Cintron was more of a big puncher at 147
that's what i'm saying i have never seen Margo take a backwards step before and Garcia made him do that. did Margo respect his power? cuz the announcers kept saying that Garcia looked like he packed a massive punch thats why Magro's corner told him to start boxing and not to satnd infront of Garcia.
Who has Angulo ever beaten with one punch? Cintron has at least knocked guys out on one punch before. Angulo has mostly worn guys down over time, other than Yorgey which was still about 15 punches that did the trick. Hell, Ronald Hearns has more ONE PUNCH power than Angulo. Whether a fighter is good has nothing to do with how much power he has. I was just throwing Brunson out there as a possibility, since he did have 22 consecutive first round knockouts. Who knows whether he actually has much power though - he was beating up cans. But a lot of times, one punch power is just a matter of execution and isn't reflected as much in KO rates. For example, pound for pound, Juan Urango has some of the best one punch power out there. He doesn't have a ton of KOs though, just because he's so lumbering that he often can't land his best shot.
