    Ray
    Louis
    Sheppard
    Murray

    I'll say Louis, with Marciano and Ray at second and third, respectively.

    Depends who you think hit harder between Marciano and Louis I guess.

    Sheppard hit harder than Marciano according to Moore so if you have Marciano above Louis then I guess it would be Sheppard.

    If the story with Harry Bobo is true than it's probably Sheppard.

    I think its a tie between Elmer Ray and Rocky Marciano. Both of those guys had ample power in a single punch. Louis comes closely thereafter, but his strength came in landing well placed combinations and not so much single one punch power.

    I know stats only tell half the story but a 27% ko record is pretty low.Bivins gave Walcott a tough fight but never had him in trouble.
