True, but i think this has become the sole criteria for many when ranking fighters. Losses dont seem to count, and i know this is an unpopular opinion on here, but Mayweather should get credit for the 0 in his record. I think they are both generally underrated in ATG rankings, I'll give it to Floyd by a very close decision. Sorry Lancs.

For everyone who voted Oscar we know its because you hate or dislike Floyd, to say Oscar who as stated plenty times before lost the majority of his big fights is ludicrous, Floyd is undefeated champion over 5 weight classes and 6 time champ, Oscar is a good fighter hof worthy but not above Floyd...

You say Floyd ducked Cotto and Margo, I say Oscar ducked Forrest and Winky, not to mention Floyd beat Oscar, at this age Floyd is (34) Oscar was already being considered a finished fighter while Floyd is still at the top and my and many others p4p #1...

In Oscar's last 7 fights from 2003-2008 he went 3-4, where it should have been 2-5 Sturm was robbed, hell Oscar was only 30yo in 2003, he lost in that stretch to Mosely, Hopkins, Mayweather and Pacquiao, got bruised up by a c level fighter in Forbes, beat a unskilled wildman in Mayorga who always gets knocked out...

His best wins are Quartey, a washed up Chavez, Whitaker who didn't win a fight after Oscar, he was ****ing done, his best win for me is Genaro Hernandez but Floyd whooped his ass too....

There is no way Oscar is ahead of Floyd by any stretch of the imagination...

    Floyd easily.

Just because you fight the best and lose to them don't make you great.

If Floyd retires with zero loses that will be true, however if he have just
a single lose then DLH wins because all possible challenges which Floyd
was avoiding may work against him.

... like: look he was beaten by the guy who lost to that other guy ...
so Floyd was ducking this and that because he knew he would lost as well!

Simply Floyd will be loosing in all hypothetical matchups against
all opponents he ducked. You cannot say about DLH he ducked anybody,
DLH won some and lost some but at the end Floyd will only be seen as
    ducker and *****.

So pray Floyd's fans he retire with Zero on his record.

Mayweather has faster hands, superior footwork and defense, and does not fade in fights. Plus, he won the head to head matchup. So, he takes it both technically and in the ring.

ODLH will be more loved than Mayweather and with good reason; he always gave us the best fight possible and handled himself with class when in front of the camera.

Simply put, I'm not sure that Mayweather loses more than 1 or 2 fights if he fought ODLH's schedule, but I am sure that ODLH does not end his career undefeated if he fought Floyd's.

He will only be considered that by haters such as yourself, there are fighters Oscar and every other fighter didn't face, Oscar lost most of his big fights not win some lose some...Floyd can maybe be accused of not facing Margarito but he attempted to make a fight with Cotto, I mean really who else can you say he "ducked" who will be a HOFer, there are numerous fights Manny and I'm using him as an example because he's right at the top under Floyd, there are fighters he won't face, like Khan, Maidana, maybe Bradley, Martinez etc...

So he must also be a ***** and a ducker, you haters never cease to amaze me...

EVERYBODY'S competition drops fighting A grade opposition. Dummy.

And if you think he lost to Trinidad anywhere except the scorecards, it helps to explain why you're on the wrong end of this debate as well.

And for anyone who says 'Oscar lost most of his big fights'... you're ******ed, and you're just repeating some ******ed **** some other ****** said. The sky doesn't turn green if you say it is often enough, and a little visit to boxrec or five minutes competent thought will tell you Oscar WON nearly ALL of his big fights and got robbed in a couple of them that he 'lost'.

Of all the seriously stupid things people say on this board, that has to be just about at the top of the list.
