Can't really argue the point. Neither can anyone else, because Floyd hasn't fought Oscar's comp, which IS my point. If Floyd gets KTFO by Kostya or somebody, gets his chin cracked and goes on to lose half of his remaining fights nobody talks about him this way. Floyd took the safe route, which makes it pretty much impossible to tell just how good he really is above LW. I do know if DeMarcus can put you on ***** street and a shot Mosley can make you hang on for dear life, I don't like your chances against guys like Trinidad, Vargas, a young Mosley or even Margo and welterweight Cotto. We can't know, because Floyd never accepted those kind of fights.

I voted Floyd....Oscar lost too many big fights, but he did take on anyone....and Floyd career isn't over so it's still too early to tell, but I still voted Floyd, even if he only has 2 or 3 more fights

Floyd traded with Corley. He shouldn't have fought Corley like that. Floyd wasn't in his prime against Mosley so I don't know how you can compare a non prime Floyd against prime fighters. I don't think Trinidad would beat Floyd. He is to slow and Floyd would be on his bike. Mosley could never beat Floyd. Floyd is a class above Mosley. That is why Mosley didn't fight him in 06. Come on now. Do you honestly believe that Floyd would lose to Marg and Cotto? Honestly?

Floyd is a better fighter, but I would put Oscar higher due to the fact that he fought so many dangerous fighters in their prime and never backed down. Hell, he fought Hopkins, a dude way too big for him to fight. He lost some, he won some, but at least he never backed down from a challenge and never made excuses. Floyd on the other hand, took a much easier path, never fought any significant welterweights (Mosley was significant, but was a little too old and not a threat), fought smaller easier opponents, etc. His last real challenge was JLC. Yea, he might be undefeated, but by looking at the opponents he has faced, it's not that impressive.

Oscar for sure. Who has Mayweather fought that's relevant? He's had a couple good wins but nothing legendary or that any of us will remember. He's beaten greats but waiting until they weren't great anymore doesn't count.

Prime Mosley would tear Floyd's head off. Mosley was so much slower when he fought Floyd, and he still almost took Floyd out. Prime Mosley KO's floyd within 8 rounds.

So why didn't Mosley want to fight him in 06? Floyd would have fought him instead of Baldomir.

Hes joking. I hope. but this is a fact lol

Anyway Voted mayweather for those of you saying floyd would lose to oscars comp this is not true. Mayweather beats:
    quartey
    tito
    vargas
prime mosley (may wasnt prime when they fought either the logic goes both ways guys)
and pacquiao but I think prime DLH does too

the only unfair one is B-hop and really guys Floyds fought at 154 once in his career and now he can fight hopkins one of the greatest middleweaights to ever fight

Oscars best wins: Genaro, Whitaker (not prime at all) Leija, Quartey, Tito (should have won), Vargas, Mayorga

Floyds best wins: Genaro, Corralles, Chavez (fight was amazing) Castillo twice, Judah, Oscar at 154 (who wasn't as shot as many believe he was), Hatton, Marquez, past prime Mosley. (soon to be pac but thats another discussion)

Oscar himself believes that Mayweather is superior to him:
