    obviously Bowe, he didnt even do anything to try to acheive HOF/ATG status. Some of the others are certainly not ATGs but at least they put together some kind of effort in that direction.

    On the other end, who in their right mind would put RJJ (LM to HW titles) and Chavez (unbeaten superstreak) in question?

    Anytime someone remotely insults or semi criticize a fighter, the comeback is 'WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THEIR HEART, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THEIR PAIN, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THEIR SWEAT'.

    Then let's delete every thread in regards to
    Khan
    Jones
    Floyd
    Pac
    Vitali
    Lewis
    + everyone else.

    What do you KNOW about Amir Khan's struggles? What RIGHT do you have for trash talking Amir? WHAT DO YOU KNOW about his sweat and tears? :lol:

    What DO YOU KNOW about Ortiz? WHAT DO YOU KNOW about his pain? How dare YOU call out Ortiz on his quitting.:lol:

    So let's just all circle jerk and shower fighters with non stop love.

    PPL questioning Champs resumes, basing their weak resumes against prior era talent is bull****.

    Talent and ability, particularly in the higher weights has increased since the dawn of the sport. Training regimens are insane, esp b/c these modern superstars can train year round without having to maintain households or pay bills.

    PPL can question JR or Chavez or Vitalis resume and be critical of it basing it on era's they know as superior or against other champs who fought more popular challengers.
    The fact is that the contender Chavez fought or Vitali fought or JR fought would be just as tough challengers in any era, or titlists as they were in their time.

    For me, a guy like Bowe, who struggled mightily with a guy like Golota or went toe to toe and couldnt dispatch a man who was 30lbs lighter than him in Holyfield...........Bowe had a chin too.....Imagine Vitali going toe to toe with Adamek. Imagine Wlad going toe to toe with Byrd.

    It's not fair to **** on any champs resume if he's reigning for a long period of time. He fights who's available and who's willing, and who's mandated.

    Bowe seems the only one on that list who should not be a top 20 ATG at his weight/s:think

    1- Toney is not an ATG. You forgot about him. There is no way you can justifiy Toney being an ATG.

    2- Bowe was semi shot (all his fault) against Golota. I know Golota had mental issues and was a mental wreck waiting to happen, but that guy was a freak of nature talent wise. Golota had size, strength, brawler's mindset, and skills. Prime Golota would have Kayoed

    Tony Thompson-Mormeck-Charr-Samuel Peter-Chris Arreloa-Derek Chisora and possibly Haye. So getting beat up by Golota is nothing to be ashamed of. There's a reason Golota had a massive following, it's not just that he's a Pollack. He was actaully very skilled.

    I'm not sure how Vitali can be considered less a fighter than a broke, punch drunk, ex felon like Riddick Bowe.

    Still WBC king at 41 and looking fairly imperious. Must be hard to take I guess.

    Nobody rate Bowe lower then Vitaly. But far less people call Bowe an ATG

    JCC RJJ, and Trinidad are ATG's without a doubt. JC, JMM, and James Toney are semi ATG's, they can get in though. Vitali and Bowe.. although HOF's aren't ATG's.
