    A motivated Max Baer would be dangerous.

    Sam Langford as well.

    Sullivan get's ranked fairly low these days.

    If you go back further, then the information become so incomplete, that some monster could have slipped under the radar.

    this is supposed to be the lowest ranked, I would suggest maybe butterbean. He surely is ranked low and he can punch. Not sure if he has an uppercut though, and He might need one. Be he has similarities to Foreman. Slower though, but a big puncher.
