No one, but Id say Soto is the top ranked guy and the one to shoot for . . .until guys like Guerrero move up.
What so Guzman is also moving up? I always wanted to see what JMM and Guzman fight would look like at 130 but oh well it would be just as good at 135. Id say soto so far everyone else still needs some improvement or more experience
Good question. :yep Chance for Yuriorkis Gamboa to take over. It should be a tossed up between Valero, Sotto and Gamboa. Funny . . . but it looks like Gamboa is going to be a world champion with less than 15 fights.
i dont think any of those fighters can even begin to fill in the gap that the great left, but valero is probably the biggest draw outside of his homecountry. maybe now that Pac and JMM are gone the doctors wont be so scared about his accident.
by default to be honest, but he's the most accomplished in the division now that Pac, JMM and Guz are moving up. who do you think is above Soto at this point?
WORD hes had soooo many amateur fights, he's as ready as he'll ever be to fight the best the world has to offer
Dont get me wrong, I think Soto beats the other 3. But its like the situation with the heavyweight division a few years back when Chris Byrd was dubbed as lineal champion, they gave it to the one more accomplished at the weight.
See if I were a contender in this division, id view each fighter as this Humberto Soto - Hardest fight Alex Arthur - Biggest payday Cassius Baloyi - Easiest fight Edwin Valero - More prestige If there isnt a "the man" in the division, which one should I aim for?
right, fans and networks should not simply crown an unproven "champ" . .. they should have to face each other. No dount that Soto and Valero are willing, Alex Arthur might need a push though.
Kind of sad imo, he could've fought valero in his first 5 fights. 15 is way longer than necessary imo:-( But that's just my (crazy?) opinion:good
