dude. mosley and it ist even close. pac has only fought twice at welter. pbf has fought a few times but when your best challenge at welter is carlos baldomir, you're not exactly the man here.

mosley lost a close decision against cotto and ktfo'd the guy who beat cotto. shane is the ****ing man at welter. even a win over clottey can't make pac number 1 at welter imo.
