    Not surprising, Cotto at 2?

Pac who beat the **** out of him is probably below him at 3.

You can't knock someone named Boricua for rating Cotto high.
It's like making fun of a kid who owns wapakman on blu-ray for voting for pacquiao.

No one has cemented there place as number 1 Welterweight for me at the minute. Cotto was the man to beat. Then Margarito was the man to beat. Mosley beat Margarito, but Mosley will not have fought for over a year when he steps between the ropes in May.
How much has Mosley aged since then? Is he still at the top of his game?

Some very interesting bouts over the next couple of months will determine who the top two Welterweights are, and hopefully these two will face off in the summer, or end of the year.

It's entirely possible the person who said that is under the impression Cotto/Pac at a catchweight is not apart of the WW discussion.

For me it's Pac right now although the winner of Mosley/Mayweather can run away with it.

I guess but I would't even try to bring that catchweight up because people would freak out, it was between 141-147 so its a WW...

    :tired

Winner of Mosley-Mayweather seals the deal for me. But I have Mosley at the moment.

It's been discussed before but it still doesn't stop people from misinterpreting it for whatever reason.

You're wrong. Cotto wasn't the man to beat. MAYWEATHER was the man to beat - he was the champion and hadn't retired yet. Nobody beat Mayweather, and then he retired. Right now, it's just a jumble.

How hard is it to fathom that the #1 P4P fighter in the WORLD would be the top guy in his division?
