This would be mine. Like I said though, this system doesn't take into account that all the numbers are not equal. Jones 5 in handspeed and footwork is not the same as even elite fighters with elite handspeed and footspeed. Just like Jones defense (a 5) wouldn't be on the level of Whitaker's (also a 5).

 

chin = a 3, i dont agree with that man, he went to heavyweight and fought a decent heavyweight who has deceptive power. People think that John Ruiz hits soft, but he has deceptive power. I could b mistaken but didnt he put down Holyfield be4. IM not sure, and RJ fought him and stood up. I dont attribute RJ with china chin b/c he got caugth with an unsuspecting shot that woulda wobbled anybody.
Glen Johnson was an accumulation of punches that jus caught up with him. But in his prime his chin was still very good a 4 at most

 

I would like to add that "chin" was not a problem at all back then.

In fact, no one talked negative about Jones' chin untill he got KO'd at age 35.

If Mayweather gets KO'd by one punch on two occasions in 2011, probably people will claim he has a "glass chin" just like Jones, but fact remains that right now, Mayweathers chin looks excellent despite moving up in weight.

 

This is true. But in fairness, I do not believe that Jones' chin was tested as much as Mayweather's during their respective primes. Would you not agree?

 

Marquez is not complete, he's fantastic, but he has flaws more so than a Floyd Mayweather level fighter.

 

I'd say that Barrera is as complete as Marquez, even with the loss - they seem about equal in many categories. Marquez may have the nod in power while Barrera is faster.

 

I guess Mayweather, hes one hell of a complete fighter, lacks a little power though.

 

I agree, I like when you said he folds like a lawn chair, I would put his chin at a 1 or 2 though. Hes been knocked down at least 11 already and has been knocked out 3 times, I feel thats enough prove his chin is worse than you think.:good
