I'm sure this question will have been asked a lot in the past but my question is somewhat different, by exciting I mean Mike Tyson-esque, somebody who walks out to knock his opponents head off, not hide behind a jab like for example a Klitschko brother.

I'm a casual boxing watcher so tell me, who will be the next big exciting KO'ing monster?

    I wouldn't call a belt holder a "prospect".

Pier-Olivier "Apou" Côté @ 140 lbs for me, in my own little world. If we ARE counting belt holder, I'd say Proksa (EBU @ MW).

I'm excited about Gary Russell Jr

The Ukranian amatuer stand out, Lomanchenko is someone who I'll watch very closley once he turns pro.

Lomachenko should have turned pro after the last Olympics but I think he is turning pro this year, I would hope although not being to rushed he is moved up quicker through the rankings than most fighters because of his skill and amateur experience. I think it would have been good if he had fought in the WSB as that is closer to pro boxing.

He should go pro after the Olympics here in London in the summer, I agree that he should have already :good

I think there may have been pressure on him in Ukraine to stay amatuer as Boxing is their best bet for medals at the Olympics, they've got a brilliant squad.

Shawn Estrada could be, if he's not irresponsibly overweight.

Hell yeah!, i'm honestly surprised I dont hear enough coming from fans about this guy. he beats guys like they stole something, doesn't have the sturdiest chin, and throws lighting fast atom bombs with both hands. this dude produces highlight reel fights and KOs
