Which World Champ has been forgotten to history the most??? I'm talking proper world champ, not some rare alphabet belt holder from the early 80's
zarate for his awe inspiring power tall size and reach.amazing record for the times jofre great fighter man loads of skills had an amazing jab considering his reach....actually the shortest reach of any boxing champion greb possibly...is the best resume in boxing we forget him becuase we have no footage. we have footage of boxers and we make highlight reels ,famous boxing clinics and tactics that we put on youtube greb never had that and will never be remebered.
Good picks although those fighters maybe more 'overlooked' than forgotten. How about Jack Delaney?, never hear much about him
what about max rosenbloom the lowest ko output of any fighter...but the activity and workrate that got him the wins was what you were there for.
well overlooked is form of forgotteness (is that a word:think ). people may of heard of them but not know who they fought how many wins ect ect ect.
George Foreman. Ali KOed him and then silence. If Foreman would've gotten a rematch todays boxing world wouldn't be the same.
Considering every boxing fan ever knows his name and millions of people have his grill I would say he isnt forgotten.
But he doesn't have the status of other HOFers, not to mention people's list of ATGs or GOAT. BTW, Foreman has his own grill? You mean that shiny thing on those rappers teeth? :yikes
