Lorenzo zanon, and I think Vonzell Johnson, a very good boxer, but couldn't seem to take the punch of champ caliber boxers

Maskaev had some real durability issues, being stopped in every one of his 7 losses, several of them being in the first few rounds.

Mike Williams. One time hot prospect and also a heavyweight champion in Rocky 5.

Herbie Hide also had plenty going for him, murderous sledgehammer puncher with speed to burn up at heavyweight... A good chin was not one of those things however.

Don't know if he should be called a contender, but Lorenzo Zanon got a shot at Holmes. The guy had skills but folded up immediately when tapped on the chin.

A more recent example was Seth Mitchell. Signed with Golden Boy and hyped up as one of America’s new heavyweight prospects at a time when the Klitschkos ruled the division. Physically looked the part but it was obvious when he tried to move up in level of opponents that he couldn’t actually fight or had much of a chin.

Mitchell couldn't even take a clean counter punch from puffed up cruiserweight Johnathon Banks, who wasn't much of a hitter regardless of his division. Chazz Witherspoon also shook Mitchell to his core and had him out on his feet.

For a "world class" fighter Seth Mitchell really did have terrible durability. Similar to Bruce Seldon in my opinion. Both were just so tight and high strung in there, muscle bound.
