Let down a lot to be honest. I was comically impressed. Now, not so much.

Why don't we have more of these? I think some Mods are short changing us with some threads going on in the general.

I'd have to go with prime Fedor, seeing as he never lost, and beat the 2nd and 3rd greatest hw's ever during that run (Big Nog & Crocop).

However, the best BJ Penn would not lose to any lightweight who has ever lived IMO, and a peak fitness Shogun (circa '05) truly was one of the most destructive fighters ever (although whether he'd ever have beaten Jon Jones is another story).

No fighter is invincible but the man that comes closest is Fedor at his best, he never came close to losing until he lost to Werdum a few fights back, the man was like an actual machine in his prime years.... without doubt the greatest fighter in MMA history.

Think I might agree with all of this... tho Cro-Cop being 3rd best HW is most arguable of everything you said... I wont disagree because he has as much right as anyone to be called that, its just not as solid an argument as Fedor & Nog`s 1 & 2 spots, Penn being the apex 155 lber & Rua being a monster in his early 20s.
