I don't think anyone gives Chavez jr any credit- everyone feels he didn't deserve neither title shot nor the belt. Everybody rates him low.
I'd say right now it's JMM as he doesn't deserve to be in the ring with Pac in this weight division and after his recent performances. Although he was a good fighter but...WAS;P

Right at this very second it is probably Kirkland, but that's to be expected with the big win

Marcos Maidana is hugely overrated. Not the most overrated around but I thought he deserved a mention here. :D

Amir Khan - He's had some shaky performances where things looked questionable.

Timid Timmy Bradley is the runner up only because everyone is figuring out that he's a hype job and the talk of him being a boxing savior are lessening each day.

Its not Krikland because he's got chin problems. Its been exposed and he's working to correct his technique to lessen that risk.

Its not Bute because he's had some good performances and shown he has skill.

Its not Brandon Rios because the kid comes to fight and goes 100%. He's young and will get better.

Finally... Its not JCC Jr. because we all know he's a hype train with no talent who is riding on his dads legacy. Nobody believes that he's some great fighter, so its not a hype job.

Khan's younger than rios and boxers tend to have a longer prime than brawlers
