Who is the most protected, established (say 4 title defences or more) - world title holder - out there today?

Is it perhaps Erdei? Perhaps someone else?

    Who do you think?

    Both?

Probably Zsolt Erdei, he's not the most long-time holder, I think Narvaez is, but Oscar's reasonably well travelled and has taken on guys like Brahim Asloum over in France, but he's not really established.

Most people know Erdei, he's had his belt since '04 I believe, racked up about 12 defences but hasn't taken on anybody really of note. He certainly hasn't gone near the top 10 guys in the division during his reign.

Dzinziruk has wins over Joel Julio and Daniel Santos

Abraham went to fight Miranda in Miranda's back yard after Miranda broke his jaw.

Wlad will fight anyone but there is noone worthy to fight. The guy is defending 2 titles against all comers.

Erdei is the clear choice and Narvaez would be a distant second...

At least Dzinziruk took on two solid contenders in Santos and Julio. Chris John was in a fight that could've gone either way against the great Juan Manuel Marquez. Abraham was even willing to come to Miranda's unofficial home turf in Florida to knock out the Colombian.

I'm still waiting for Erdei to take on a top 10 light heavyweight...

Yep, Erdei popped into my head first.

A couple more Holyfield caliber defenses and I'm tossing in Valuev.
