Veit's power isn't that bad. He can knock Brähmer out.
But Brähmer's chin is not the problem, it's his defense and stamina.

I don't think many Germans are still hyping Brähmer.
There are some ESB members who still think that he's the hardest puncher in the division. But those are not Germans.

Didn't Blocky write that he'll be champion soon? :D

I don't know if he'll be next since he doesn't have a fight lined up and he's avoided punchers like the plague, but Edwin Valero is just waiting to get exposed....

I wouldn't say Berto's that far off from Cotto chin-wise. It's yet to be seen whether he has Cotto's resolve though. Berto's issue won't be him chin, it will be his porous defense.

Berto.. No doubt about it. When he was on HBO ealrier this year one of the commentators mentioned a suspect chin in the amateurs.

You guys miss the biggest thing that makes a weak chin, it's called complete lack of defense.

Most of the guys on the "glass chin" list are guys who get out of position while punching, or stick their chin out to be clipped. It's not always the chin, it's just a complete lack of respect for defense.

Then how do you explain non-defensive guys like Israel Vasquez and Samuel Peter who are extremely hard to stop, despite eating shot after shot when they are matched with an equal level opponent?

Defence is one of the most important factors, but the chin is up there as well and these glass jawed jokers that we discuss are just that, they have awful punch resistance.

You're way off base here, some guy hit me on the jaw with sledge hammer the other day and I was only a little buzzed, so it's solid enough for my purposes.:think

Probably Berto. As soon as Glass Jaw Roy Jones fights another decent fighter he will get brutally KOed again.

Khan has a dangerous fight against a guy with 4 KOs in 24 fights coming up:lol: It isnt out of the question that Khan will be stopped though.
