I would say Ward, but unfortunately his style of fighting won't be appealing to the non-boxing fans. His personality is normal too. For him to be a cross-over star, he'll need to start acting like Mayweather. Thankfully, he won't. Because he's not a *****.

Maybe Saul Alvarez, but he doesn't speak English, nor is he an explosive ATG type fighter like Pacquiao.

It's possibly Khan. Before he even turned professional he was a cross-over star here in the UK. If his overall achievements can match his current potential, then he'd probably be amongst the sport's most renowned faces.

I'd throw Haye's name in the hat too. He's a heavyweight, dynamite puncher, got the looks, the personality etc. But again, the problem with him is his attitude and inactivity. Ducking out of major bouts with the Klitschkos, fighting only once a year and opting for the likes of Audley Harrison, unfortunately lessens the impact he has on boxing and sports in general.

YES, and the same goes for Ann Wolfe... Imagine the scene when that superstar combo starts knocking cats out and running their mouths, WWF style.

Kell Brook's got the lip for it. It's yet to be seen whether he's got the skills.

When he blew Barrera out of the water, I immediately knew he'd take the world by storm.

anyone can get caught flush and lose, just look at pac's earlier fights. I would say yes Amir Khan is on his way, I also have a soft spot for Andre Dirrell and Nonito Donaire

Neither of these guys are sure bets, but they're the best ones I believe:

Andre Ward - I think he's going to beat anyone in front of him. Insane versatility and skills. Likeable personality that could yuk it up with Leno on the Tonight Show. Needs to do something spectacular in boxing, maybe unify 168 and 175 or something crazy. There's no superfights out there for him.

Canelo Alvarez - Mexican fanbase is huge and he's got an interesting look, cocky personality, and fan friendly style. He's a sure thing as long as he can become a respected world champ.

Amir Khan - Famous from the time he was 17, supremely media-savvy and polished. Has the speed, skill, and power to get to the top all the way up to 154, but will his chin hold up?
