As did Khan's best opponent in the division. Even if you had Alexander losing that fight, he was still clearly a better opponent than McCloskey and Judah.

Bradley, but not by much. Mostly because he hasn't lost yet... I still think he's lacking a real good win that solidifies his spot on top.

I still feel that he was avoiding Khan.

You need to stop. Bradley did *not* duck Khan.

How do you reconcile that with bradley's duck of khan? Did that not warrant khan overtaking brad in your eyes?

I think a duck is irrevelant to make rankings because there's so many things we don't know about the whole story.. So the only stuff we can to argue with, are performances and common opponents..

And like many people said, it's still early to name a top LWW.. We could argue that Bradley is #1 since he's undefeated and beat Peterson who just beat Khan, but he can't claim to be the "top dog" of the division.

nah it aint irrelevant in my rankings at all.

and it aint too early either because today is today and one of them 3 is the best today.

I've decided anyways: Peterson is top of the tree on an interim basis; if bradley fights a meaningful opponent at lww next he'll overtake him; if bradley follows von and chino to 147 then the best will continue to be peterson.

Nah because I didn't think that constituted an actual duck given his promotional situation. I wouldn't categorically rule out ever punishing a fighter in my ranking for a duck, but it has to be pretty blatant and uncontestable and this case was not in my opinion.

    This is really pretty obvious

    Bradley 120-108 Peterson
Khan DRAW Peterson (ok not a draw but it could have gone either way imo)

That's a massive difference in levels, even if you somehow had Khan winning 7rounds.

I actually thought Khan would beat Bradley but Khan has to go out and prove he's better now

It wasn't a duck imo he wanted out of his contract before making a fight. Bradley called Khan out after signing with Arum and Khan said 70-30, is Khan ducking? Boxing's a business

I think bradley might just be the best fighter but for me it's on him to prove it now which I expect him to do next fight providing it's at lww.

I'm not really fussed about business aspects because tim called out khan and once khan responded tim said no.

His victory over peterson was comprehensive so provided he wins his next lww fight i'll happily move him top.

In the interim peterson is staying these due to his victory over khan.

In a way it's very similar to the situation up at ww.

Only these I had pac v jmm a draw but considering floyd's comprehensive victory over marquez i'm convinced floyd is the best ww and once he proves it in his next fight i'll move him to number 1 in my rankings but until then pac has an interim spot at the top.
