I wouldn't mind adding Tommy Hearns on the list.

I'll say Margarito. Out of everyone on the list, he has the least boxing ability.

Gatti in his prime had some boxing ability.

    The rest are self explanatory.

Out of that group, I'll go with Margarito followed by Katz.

Depends on what you consider a "brawler".

I would call Tyson a "swarmer". Chavez was a pressure fighter who could box when needed. Gatti had decent boxing skills, he would start off boxing and them get hit and then start going to war.

I guess Katsidis is the "brawler" out of them. I would say he's the least skilled and refined out of them.

    Margarito .

Brawling is all he knew . Barely any boxing talent whatsoever . Despite that , Fighters most of the time didn't want anything to do with him .

That speaks volumes if you think about it .

Margarito and Katisidis are brawlers. The rest generally are not. Gatti is a boxer who infamously could be dragged into brawls without too much reluctance.

That is a totally inappropriate term for Chavez and Tyson.

    I choose Margarito.
Gatti started out as a boxer early on, but got caught up with the UFC basher crowd and started brawling with Ward.
Tyson is definitely not a brawler. Tyson was well schooled in the fundamentals.

Gatti was never a brawler. He is most well-known for a trilogy of FOTY candidates where he did largely brawl with a brawler, yes - and in plenty of his other fights he did earn the "blood and guts warrior" badge through his willingness to eschew the finer points of the boxing craft - but he was first and foremost a boxer. That was his first line of defense and go-to mode, and it was only when dragged into brawls (which not all of his opponents could do, though a few did so in memorable fashion creating that stand-out image) that he became a brawler.

Katsidis on the other hand, while he did possess a bit of skill, hardly ever put it to use and lived and died by the melee. Similarly, too, Margarito showed he could pull off a cutie-pie boxing performance against the painfully slow Roberto Garcia - but on a typical night he was content to eat several head shots to ram a couple home. Basically a pure brawler.
