What has "pushing" around to do with strength? Pushing around is usually about bodyweight and about using it right. Because physically, you're just as much pushing the other guy away from you, as you are pushing yourself away from him. If the other feller is 30 lbs. heavier than you and has a good stance, chances are you won't be pushing him much.

Muscles are deceptive too. Firstly, black guys tend to look bigger in that department. It's a light reflection thing, that's why bodybuilders tan like sh*t. Secondly, muscles look more impressive when you can see them. You don't really know how much of them Butterbean hides under all that fat.

Also, if you got most of your bulk through bodybuilding and the accompanying nourishment, you'll probably not be as strong as a bricklayer or other people who use (and thus train) their strength on a daily basis with all kinds of motions and "exercises".

He weighed 217.5 lbs vs. Frazier in the video posted later in the thread. I don't dispute that he had tremendous strength, but odds are 240-250 lb guys are going to be stronger. Good chance Briggs (at 270), Lennox, Vitali, Wlad could be physically stronger than Foreman was. (not necessarily but good chance)

Haye vs. Wlad will be as big as Foreman vs. Frazier in '73

Randy Cobb was said by many of his opponents to be freakishly strong. He was very hard to push around the ring.

Carnera was actually a circus strongman before boxing, that was where he was discovered. So he gotta be pretty damn strong.

possibly oleg maskaev, he spent his childhood working hours on the family farm and then became a coal miner. and as mentioned before it does not mean much, but i seem to remember him pushing tua, rahman, and peter around the ring. it is hard to judge a boxers strength unless you know their personal best lifts..

George Foreman. He could take incredible punches with ease. Also had devastating power.

In terms of physical strength (which is usually measured by weightlifting):
Carnera, roided Fields, Briggs, Tua, Rahman, that African-British prospect (6'4, 260+ pounds of pure muscle), Ibeatahootchie.
Foreman at only 215 is probably too small to compete with these guys, though he had huge natural strenght.
The K-bros are not on that list - I doubt they could even benchpress 400 pounds.

Probably some club fighter who has also competed in weight lifting I’m sure there are quite few of those in history.
