After seeing eat lennox's right hand all night one would have to conclude that this guy is the strongest. No one else has taken flush right hands from lewis and still remained on their feet.

People that have the build you are referring to are extreme Endo-mesomorphs.

Humans are generally divided into 3 somatypes (body types). Ectomorph, mesomoroh, and endomorph

An Extreme endo-mesomorph is someone who will have extremely high natural levels of muscle, muscle density, and possess a huge predominance of type II muscle fibers. They will have extremely dense bones, and their skeletal build in regards to torso depth will be very high. They will possess reinforced joints, barrel chests, and basically be built like tanks

They wont be able to run, they will likely suck at any cardiovascular activity, their hand and foot speed will be only average

However, they also will be 5-9 and 240, and they will go into the gym and bench 300 pounds without ever training

George Foreman And Primo Carnera come to mind, I've seen Foreman in his 40's pulling Trucks strapped to his body, and Carnera was a former strongman. Valuev at his size has to be up there as well.

:good I would have thought this also. The man is 23 stone for goodness sake, so he's 5 stones heavier than most others!! No doubt someone will mention some power-lifter who once fought at amateur level in Sweden, Bulgaria etc. But until then I would have to select Valuev. It's an interesting one!
