    John Ruiz, it's not even close. From the corruption that lead to him getting ranked, to the blatant excessive holding in virtually every fight, and the faked "low blows" in others - there have been few, in any, fighters in boxing history who held an title less legitimately.

    Man, I don't know how you are saying Douglas, the version that fought Tyson was a hell of a fighter, he just got fat.

    That spaniard guy that is going to fight Shumenov, and Cristobal Cruz deserve a mention, they are a lot of bums that where champions in the lower weights.

    he did end tim austin's career though..i was actually rooting for him to go far....but yeah he will never sniff another title again

    did you happen to see the fight which he won the title? he was winning the fight clearly...on the cards and scored 2 knockdowns in the process....perera was just fighting dirty and careless...he deserved to lose

    That dude on your avatar. Ponce deleon has to be the worst fighter to win a title. The guy just has power and stamina. Other than that he pretty much suck. He throws wild punches from all angle and he is easy to hit. I'm glad lopez finally exposed him.

    Nicky Cook was a nice guy but a bum in terms of world ability.

    Frank Warren gets all his fighter s of "bum" level a crack at the WBO.

    Remember Calzaghe fight against Eubank, Calzaghe didnt beat anyone of not to get a WBO ranking ....neither did Eubank for 5 YEars ...LOL
