Who is the Worst Commentator of All Time?

  1. Dave Bontempo is ****ing awful.

Vazquez v Quintero was a dull fight anyway but Bontempo almost made me turn it off. He's enough to put you off the sport of boxing.

Prove it then. Come on. Don't just keep throwing the accusation around, back it up, prove it, who am I?

If I'm an alt and a troll for giving Bradley the victory against Pacquiao, then prove it. If you can't name names and your not prepared to ask a mod to check, then why keep throwing it about? If your going to accuse someone on here, you must have a good idea of who I am, who am I then?

It may be a controversial/against the norm, opinion, but Bradley took the last 4, maybe 5, Pacquiao did f*ck all in some rounds, and Bradley worked more. How can you expect me to say in those rounds, YES! Pacquiao won the round!?! I'd have to lie to myself if I did.

People keep banging on about punches landed, but if you watch the N'dam-Quillin fight, a fighter was down 4 times going into the last round, yet, on the whole, people had it a close fight going into the last round, with N'dam winning 5 on the trot after the 4th knockdown. He was winning these rounds because of the work, Quillin wasn't doing anything, N'dam wasn't landing many punches, but he was the busier.

I had N'dam a round up going into that final round, and so did many other people, some people had it evens. Of course, going down twice in the final round, scored the fight to Quillin.

But you tell me, are all those people trolls and alts for scoring that fight that way, after N'dam had been down 4 times going into the last?

Yet the few people that scored Bradley the winner, "don't know sh*t about boxing" well considering these few people scored the fight honestly, and had similar scores to the three judges.......you do the math.

Punch stats can sometimes tell a weird story, but Pac landed more shots at a more efficient percentage. Bradley threw more but missed 80% of what he did.

The judges appeared to be scoring Bradley throwing rather than hitting. It's one of the most indefensible decisions I've seen.

I scored the fight completely level headed, un biased, not swayed by any ridiculous pro Pacquiao commentators and I scored it to Pacquiao by two rounds.

Fair enough, I had Bradley by two I think. 115-113.? I remember, all judges scored the fight 115-113, 1 judge gave it to Pacquiao, the other two Bradley:

No way did Pacquiao win every round like some people say, even if they did have Pacquiao winning the fight. If you look at all three judges scorecards, there are similarities in the later part of the fight. I don't agree with judges at the best of times, but I have to say, that night, I saw the fight pretty much identical like those two judges did.

Lots of people who re-watched the fight without the commentary, scored the fight closer than they did originally, even if the winner didn't change for them.

Pacquiao did not dominate this fight like some people say. It was a close fight and depending on how you see a fight, it could have gone either way, or even a draw. What I've noticed is that peoples scores on the whole, there was only 1 or 2 rounds in it, regardless of who you picked.
